This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Teodosio Gora as he didn't even see the shot coming. Thanks to some nice moves Froilan Misael could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Teodosio Gora however easily saved by the left post. Froilan Misael could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Teodosio Gora made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Amadeo Salbatore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amadeo Salbatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club Cultural Gerli's Teodosio Gora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Abad in the 32nd minute of play. Club Atlético Chimichurri's Moises Gregory played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Salbatore in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Club Cultural Gerli booed when Club Atlético Chimichurri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Dino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Cultural Gerli's Romeo Phelipe couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. Moises Gregory came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Cultural Gerli's Hugo Quinito. But to his dismay, Hugo Quinito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Amadeo Salbatore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Gregory having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Aristides Raymond dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Moises Gregory, 1-2. After 59 played minutes Club Cultural Gerli got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Quinito. Moises Gregory stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristides Raymond's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Amadeo Salbatore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Salbatore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Moises Gregory tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Chimichurri's goalkeeper Moises Gregory, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
