Silvestre Iaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Bermudo having to interfere. Clemente Silviano's late challenge caught a Haedo Fútbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clemente Silviano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, CEDEM's Clemente Silviano got a free kick in the 8th minute. Silvestre Iaki kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. CEDEM's Roque Haitz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 11th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusebio Lohitzun in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Venancio Bermudo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonel Sabino hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Venancio Bermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Iaki in the 23rd minute of the match. When Eusebio Lohitzun came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Haedo Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Lohitzun couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute, Haedo Fútbol Club's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lucas Txartiko fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 30 minutes, Silvestre Iaki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haedo Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Iaki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venancio Bermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Iaki in the 34th minute of the match. Silvestre Iaki took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venancio Bermudo. Venancio Bermudo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of CEDEM booed when Haedo Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Koldobika didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Emesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Haitz in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roque Haitz to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonel Sabino hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Haedo Fútbol Club's Eusebio Lohitzun got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvestre Iaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucas Txartiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Danilo Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebio Lohitzun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venancio Bermudo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Eusebio Lohitzun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Silvestre Iaki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haedo Fútbol Club were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
