After 13 played minutes Club Atlético Chimichurri got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Dino. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Chimichurri defense, Elias Frichoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moises Gregory. The Club Atlético Chimichurri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moises Gregory should have stopped the shot. Roque Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Moises Gregory tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 played minutes CEDEM got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Baldovino. Club Atlético Chimichurri's Clemente Oalo suffered a concussion in the 37th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 37 minutes into the game, Roque Haitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CEDEM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Chimichurri the free kick. A collision led to CEDEM getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Roque Haitz hit a great ball. Froilan Misaels short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Venancio Bermudo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Haitz in the 43rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Chimichurri's goalkeeper Moises Gregory to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Chimichurri's Guillermo Dino got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Elias Frichoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Roque Haitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. CEDEM's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Haitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moises Gregory breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Frichoso charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Frichoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Froilan Misael struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Venancio Bermudo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Chimichurri.
