Pepetropia AF were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Taringa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Serafino Elixio took the corner. Francisco Berdaitz took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aldo Elixio. Aldo Elixio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Osvaldo Nahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Aldo Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 played minutes Pepetropia AF got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Quinten. Pepetropia AF's Osvaldo Nahia got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldo Nahia to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Taringa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Clis to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Taringa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Elixio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Berdaitz. Osvaldo Nahia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Berdaitz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Aldo Elixio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco Berdaitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Aldo Elixio made a huge save. Osvaldo Nahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Cordarius took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aldo Elixio. Aldo Elixio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Aldo Elixio was a little too slow when Osvaldo Nahia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-5. Placido Alonso hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Feliciano Sotil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aldo Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Nahia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Eleuterio Maraman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osvaldo Nahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Elixio having to interfere. Pepetropia AF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
