Spectators: 6833 (Terracing: 5393, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 40) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cosme Eusko kicked off to start the match. Marciano Vergaray was a little too slow when Cosme Eusko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Grupo Mand's Conrado Mitxel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marciano Vergaray but with some difficulty. In the 14th match minute, Ghama RFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Bernad to maneuver through the defense. Saturnino Ovando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rogelio Paz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jonas Rodas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ghama RFC booed when Grupo Mand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Seguinus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Rodas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Lamberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 30th minute of the match Tadeo Oriche completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tadeo Oriche a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 31 played minutes Ghama RFC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Oriche. After having played for 32 minutes, Saturnino Ovando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grupo Mand's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Ovando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Ovando got free with Marciano Vergaray in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Grupo Mand's Jonas Rodas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Paz in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Rogelio Paz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ghama RFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Paz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogelio Paz struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jonas Rodas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghama RFC. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Cosme Eusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Ovando in the 65th minute of the match. After 66 minutes, Angelino Itzaina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grupo Mand and the Ghama RFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th match minute, Grupo Mand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Itzaina to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, Grupo Mand's Saturnino Ovando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Vergaray made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 72nd minute, Dalmacio Santio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Sandaili in the 79th minute of play forced Grupo Mand's goalkeeper Jonas Rodas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rogelio Paz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Ovando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Vergaray having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Saturnino Ovando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grupo Mand fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 94th minute Saturnino Ovando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Vergaray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grupo Mand's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
