With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Abaunza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leon Abaunza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Tab, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Aaron Dalmau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Leon Abaunza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Genaro Manuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miranda FC and the Ateneo Estrada players grew even worse after the yellow card.
