Serafin Izotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Ekialde in the 23rd minute of play. Bonifacio Salvatore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Librado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Albino Etxepare managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 78 minutes of play, Canaleja FC's Alvaro Salomone made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
