Gavino Dolfos ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Gavino Dolfos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Reyes Locos's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Dolfos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Bingen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agustin Chucho kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Arnaldo Timo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Oidor having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Los Reyes Locos's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Maule came free, but Rafael Oidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Alonzo Maule shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Oidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guido Gonzales kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Arnaldo Timo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Iliana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Generoso Bingen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Gavino Dolfos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Generoso Bingen. Pali Vol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gavino Dolfos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Iliana to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Los Reyes Locos's Gavino Dolfos got a free kick in the 51st minute. Los Reyes Locos's Rafael Oidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Timo in the 53rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pali Vol's zone, Gavino Dolfos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Bingen came out of the goal and Gavino Dolfos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th match minute, Pali Vol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Cordarrol to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Oidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Maule, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Esiquio got free with Generoso Bingen in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Generoso Bingen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Iliana in the 64th minute of play. Fernando Iliana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Bingen having to interfere. When Omar Teofilio fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pali Vol's protests and gave Omar Teofilio a yellow card for diving instead. Omar Teofilio hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Timo in the 80th minute of play forced Los Reyes Locos's goalkeeper Rafael Oidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Los Reyes Locos getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pastor Esiquio hit a great ball. Alonzo Maule recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnaldo Timo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rafael Oidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Alonzo Maule managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pali Vol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Maule was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavino Dolfos got free with Generoso Bingen in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Reyes Locos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
