Uriel Santikurtz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Cordarrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Petroquimica's zone, Romeo Cordarrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uriel Santikurtz came out of the goal and Romeo Cordarrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Cordarrell in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uriel Santikurtz saved Petroquimica from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dante Senen during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Acostilla's Dante Senen got a free kick in the 67th minute. Rosendo Quintin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Patxi in the 68th minute of the match. With a little luck, Acostilla's Rosendo Quintin got control of the ball when Arnulfo Michael tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Senen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Santikurtz having to interfere. Dante Senen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Uriel Santikurtz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petroquimica's Uriel Santikurtz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Cordarrell in the 81st minute of play. Uriel Santikurtz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Cordarrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Petroquimica's Uriel Santikurtz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Cordarrell in the 85th minute of play. Arnulfo Michael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Senen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Santikurtz having to interfere. Petroquimica succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Acostilla had controlled the match.
