Martin Abeijon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximino Gelmiro during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maximino Gelmiro kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, El Marques was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Gelmiro to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Pelagius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Manni in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Leobardo in the 24th minute of play forced El Marques's goalkeeper Ruperto Pelagius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Anier Ermengol came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the El Marques fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Ermengol couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Euphie's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Mancio came free, but Martin Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Maximino Gelmiro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. Ruperto Pelagius acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leonel Seguinus. After having played for 42 minutes, Gabriel Mancio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Marques's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Mancio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Euphie booed when El Marques was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Mancio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Pelagius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Leobardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Anier Ermengol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Abeijon having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clodoveo Leobardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Euphie getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Joaquin Manni hit a great ball. Ciriaco Isaio struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Ruperto Pelagius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Euphie. 58 minutes into the match, El Marques's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Leobardo came free, but Ruperto Pelagius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Pelagius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Leobardo in the 62nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristo Azeari during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of El Marques booed when Euphie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Azeari didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Pelagius came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Euphie's Clodoveo Leobardo. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Leobardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Clodoveo Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Joaquin Manni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Euphie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Manni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pastor Ortzi hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Anacleto Ubelteso kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Euphie's goalkeeper Martin Abeijon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ruperto Pelagius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Leobardo in the 92nd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Euphie's Joaquin Manni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruperto Pelagius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the El Marques players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Euphie.
