Clodoveo Leobardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Laurentzi having to interfere. In the 12th match minute, Euphie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Azeari to maneuver through the defense. Benedicto Toribio, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Enzo Bladi might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martin Abeijon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enzo Bladi ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the match, Barrialito TEAM OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Manni came free, but Aureliano Laurentzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pastor Ortzi during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pastor Ortzi hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Enzo Bladi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Abeijon having to interfere. Enzo Bladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Enzo Bladi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Abeijon. Euphie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enzo Bladi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Clodoveo Leobardo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Aureliano Laurentzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Euphie. Joaquin Manni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clodoveo Leobardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Euphie getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cristo Azeari hit a great ball. In the 54th minute Rafael Valery shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Enzo Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Enzo Bladi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrialito TEAM OFF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Bladi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Rafael Valery put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Martin Abeijon. Cristo Azeari's late challenge caught a Barrialito TEAM OFF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Azeari helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Cristo Azeari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rafael Valery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Euphie's Clodoveo Leobardo got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clodoveo Leobardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aureliano Laurentzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Euphie's zone, Enzo Bladi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Abeijon came out of the goal and Enzo Bladi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Enzo Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Euphie's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
