A hard shot by Fabian Dimo from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Florentino Chale's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Fulgencio Leobardo came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Ranquile AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Leobardo couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Gombal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florentino Chale was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Ranquile AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Jacinto Gombal scored to the left of an out of position Florentino Chale, making the score, 2-0. 48 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Ostots notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ranquile AFC's Florentino Chale. Florentino Chale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Camilo Havier's late challenge caught a Ranquile AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Havier helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Yupanqui getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Camilo Havier hit a great ball. When Clodoveo Ostots came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the FC Yupanqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Ostots couldn't finish the play. Jacinto Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 played minutes Ranquile AFC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Ignado. Florentino Chale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Gombal in the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ranquile AFC's zone, Jacinto Gombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florentino Chale came out of the goal and Jacinto Gombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Clodoveo Ostots got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Jacinto Gombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Yupanqui's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Gombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Chale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Yupanqui were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ranquile AFC for a fine match.
