Jacobo Aresti came out of the goal and Ramon Ekain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobo Aresti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Jacobo Aresti managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Balticos Athletic Club's Constantino Cidro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Ekain in the 47th minute of play forced Platino Futbol Club's goalkeeper Jacobo Aresti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ramon Ekain made the kick off in the second half. If Hermengildo Ondino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Aresti came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Balticos Athletic Club's Ramon Ekain. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Hermengildo Ondino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Platino Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermengildo Ondino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Ramon Ekain notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Platino Futbol Club's Jacobo Aresti. Jacobo Aresti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Ekain in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Aresti saved Platino Futbol Club from getting behind. A collision led to Balticos Athletic Club getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Raul Gil hit a great ball.
