Cesar Hunfredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

52 minutes into the match, Hooligans's Raimundo Fortun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lino Maidana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Maraja jr getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Moises Gutxi hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Raimundo Fortun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hooligans's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Fortun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Maidana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Maidana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Hunfredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute.
