Pablo Columbo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonel Urko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Inocencio Orlondon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inocencio Orlondon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 19th playminute. Siro Deunoro hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Amador Lizar, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Pablo Columbo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Leonel Urko to make any attempt to save it. After 38 played minutes Pablo Columbo rounded Robles's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. In the 46th minute Pablo Columbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Urko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roman Rik to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Columbo in the 58th minute of play forced Robles's goalkeeper Leonel Urko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Pablo Columbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Urko was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Inocencio Orlondon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Leonel Urko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Orlondon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inocencio Orlondon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 93 minutes, Pablo Columbo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariño AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Columbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Mariño AFC's Pablo Columbo in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Robles's goalie prevented a goal.
