Rosendo Mede's late challenge caught a Mariño AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Mede helped the player get up and apologised. Rosendo Mede kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Inocencio Orlondon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariño AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Orlondon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. TikiRiki FC's Rosendo Mede was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 18 minutes, Gregorio Senen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TikiRiki FC and the Mariño AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to TikiRiki FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gregorio Senen hit a great ball. Rosendo Mede struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ismael Iraunkor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TikiRiki FC. A long shot from Guillermo Etxeberri in the 26th minute of play was well struck, but Ismael Iraunkor made a really good save at the right post. When TikiRiki FC's Rosendo Mede in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 39th match minute, TikiRiki FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Uxio to maneuver through the defense. Lázaro Lleir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Lizar in the 40th minute of play. Miguel Hanni's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ismael Iraunkor firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 46th minute, Inocencio Orlondon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Mede to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Mariño AFC's Amancio Fernandez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Ismael Iraunkor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Hanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a little luck, TikiRiki FC's Lázaro Lleir got control of the ball when Inocencio Orlondon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gonzalo Bilbo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lázaro Lleir. That made the score 3-2 in the 64 minute of play. If Inocencio Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Iraunkor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Hanni in the 72nd minute of play. Miguel Hanni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Iraunkor having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Miguel Hanni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TikiRiki FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Hanni in the 80th minute of play forced Mariño AFC's goalkeeper Ismael Iraunkor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, TikiRiki FC's Lázaro Lleir got control of the ball when Inocencio Orlondon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The TikiRiki FC fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when TikiRiki FC's Rosendo Mede looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 91 minutes into the match, Miguel Hanni notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Mariño AFC's Ismael Iraunkor. Ismael Iraunkor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ismael Iraunkor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Mede, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Mariño AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because TikiRiki FC had won, even though Mariño AFC had held more of the ball.
