Severiano Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Mateus, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After the first half FIAT FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Candido Ponce made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, FIAT FC's Conrado Maura dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Nicolas Aznaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Baldovino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Baldovino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Nicolas Aznaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Candido Ponce notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FIAT FC's Nicolas Aznaro. Nicolas Aznaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FIAT FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
