Osvaldo Lizar struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Pedro Ekaitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miramar AFC. Tiburcio Pancho scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Ekaitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teo Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ciriaco Etor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BURGUESES! In the 23rd minute, Genaro Filipo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miramar AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, BURGUESES's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Lizar came free, but Pedro Ekaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Atarrabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Etor having to interfere. If Teo Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Osvaldo Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ekaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Lizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Teo Pirmin made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teo Pirmin in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Etor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Arturo Belmiro fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BURGUESES's protests and gave Arturo Belmiro a yellow card for diving instead. Arturo Belmiro kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to BURGUESES getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gerardo Odol hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, BURGUESES's goalkeeper Pedro Ekaitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Filipo. Genaro Filipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Ekaitz having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Enrique Atarrabi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Etor. Miramar AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Atarrabi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Genaro Filipo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Pedro Ekaitz made a huge save. In the 87th minute Osvaldo Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ekaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes Miramar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Basualdo. Pedro Ekaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Lizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BURGUESES supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Miramar AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Miramar AFC.
