Raimundo Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. German Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in orteguita10's zone, Cristian Jurgi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Olivar came out of the goal and Cristian Jurgi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Olivar having to interfere. Maximiliano Mano did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Cornelio Olivar 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Cresencio in the 45th minute of play forced orteguita10's goalkeeper Cornelio Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luis Precioso to make the kick off. Pedro Cresencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Olivar having to interfere. The supporters of Nafta Super booed when orteguita10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Erroman didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Mano in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Olivar saved orteguita10 from getting behind. Victoriano Donio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Nafta Super's Maximiliano Mano got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Although Nafta Super had been in control for most of the match, orteguita10 still came away with the win.
