Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 110) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Artemio Chinto got the match started through his kick off. When Osvaldo Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Miramar AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Lizar couldn't finish the play. After 16 minutes, Candido Harri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perdices AFC and the Miramar AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Perdices AFC got a freekick which was hit by Candido Harri. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Genaro Filipo in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusebio Dodorol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Lizar during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 25 minutes into the match, Miramar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Chinto came free, but Ciriaco Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Miramar AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Indartsu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Osvaldo Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Lizar in the 44th minute of play forced Perdices AFC's goalkeeper Eusebio Dodorol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Filipo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eusebio Dodorol having to make a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvaldo Lizar made a kick off. If Osvaldo Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Dodorol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Lizar in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Artemio Chinto made a precise shot to the right of Ciriaco Etor. Miramar AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Artemio Chinto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciriaco Etor was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
