Spectators: 7292 (Terracing: 5471, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Faustino Nikola kicked off to start the match. Gustavo Urtzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Hotz in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the C.A. GABY defense, Iker Gonchan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejandro Jayvier. The C.A. GABY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Jayvier should have stopped the shot. After 9 played minutes Puyel got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Selatse. Gustavo Urtzi came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. GABY's Javier Cordarin. But to his dismay, Javier Cordarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Alejandro Jayvier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Laurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Javier Cordarin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A. GABY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puyel the free kick. After a rather tough play, C.A. GABY's Javier Cordarin got a free kick in the 21st minute. Puyel's Iker Gonchan got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Remigio Locaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandro Jayvier acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Romeo Laurin. When Paulino Hotz fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. GABY's protests and gave Paulino Hotz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, C.A. GABY's Paulino Hotz got a free kick in the 30th minute. Alejandro Jayvier made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Iker Gonchan sent off a good shot on target. C.A. GABY's Alejandro Jayvier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Laurin in the 37th minute of play. Alejandro Jayvier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Laurin's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Iker Gonchan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Laurin to make the kick off. A collision led to C.A. GABY getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Benigno Bernard hit a great ball. After 58 played minutes C.A. GABY got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Bernard. In the 59th minute Romeo Laurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Jayvier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. GABY's goalkeeper Alejandro Jayvier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romeo Laurin struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Alejandro Jayvier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puyel. In the 68th minute Romeo Laurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Jayvier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Laurin in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Jayvier saved C.A. GABY from getting behind. After 82 minutes of play, Puyel's Romeo Laurin made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alejandro Jayvier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iker Gonchan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Jayvier having to interfere. Iker Gonchan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Alejandro Jayvier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Puyel players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
