Amadeo Eliu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Qwinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, one of Cabituyo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Enzo Qwinton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Qwinton in the 25th minute of play forced Cabituyo's goalkeeper Amadeo Eliu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingo Esiquio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Longchamps booed when Cabituyo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes Cabituyo got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Francis. 33 minutes into the match, Cabituyo's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Qwinton came free, but Amadeo Eliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gonzalo Udalaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Qwinton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeo Eliu having to make a save. When Rosendo Lapurdi fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cabituyo's protests and gave Rosendo Lapurdi a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cabituyo! The referee gave Longchamps a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Domingo Esiquio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cabituyo's Amadeo Eliu. 2-0. Omar Enekoitz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Cleto Francis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Gumaro having to make a save. Cleto Francis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arsenio Gumaro made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Cleto Francis sent off a good shot on target. When Cleto Francis came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Cabituyo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Francis couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Longchamps's goalkeeper Arsenio Gumaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cleto Francis. Arsenio Gumaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Udalaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Longchamps's goalkeeper Arsenio Gumaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cleto Francis. If Gonzalo Udalaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cabituyo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Longchamps.
