Por Honoris Causa's Niceto Lano got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Remigio Aresti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Gartxot in the 28th minute of play. Gualterio Cilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Aresti having to interfere. Paulino Gartxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Remigio Aresti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Alvaro Eliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Gualterio Cilio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Por Honoris Causa's Remigio Aresti. Remigio Aresti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some careless play in the Breas AFC defense, Raimundo Errando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geronimo Etxekopar. The Breas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geronimo Etxekopar should have stopped the shot. Gualterio Cilio struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Remigio Aresti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breas AFC. Gualterio Cilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Aresti having to interfere. Teofilo Cisco hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Raimundo Errando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Remigio Aresti was a little too slow when Arnoldo Isadore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-4. Paulino Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Aresti having to interfere. If Erasmo Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
