Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5450, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 0) German Phelipe came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Talleres's Santos Quentin. But to his dismay, Santos Quentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Vladimiro Goizeder fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NY Red Bulls's protests and gave Vladimiro Goizeder a yellow card for diving instead. Ruben Walme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Illart having to interfere. If Ruben Walme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Quentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. NY Red Bulls's German Phelipe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Quentin in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind NY Red Bulls's goalkeeper German Phelipe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Epifanio Gaspard's late challenge caught a C.A.Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Epifanio Gaspard helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to NY Red Bulls getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Epifanio Gaspard hit a great ball. German Phelipe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Quentin in the 33rd minute of the match. Anacleto Aballe's late challenge caught a C.A.Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anacleto Aballe helped the player get up and apologised. Anacleto Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. German Phelipe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santos Quentin's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Anacleto Aballe got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to NY Red Bulls getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Anacleto Aballe hit a great ball. In the 43rd match minute, NY Red Bulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Haimar to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladimiro Goizeder to strike the kick off in the second half. If Christian Eudoxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Gaspard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Illart having to interfere. The C.A.Talleres fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when C.A.Talleres's Santos Quentin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Santos Quentins short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got German Phelipe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vladimiro Goizeder struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Manuel Illart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NY Red Bulls. Manuel Illart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Goizeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of C.A.Talleres:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of NY Red Bulls:s goal. Vladimiro Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Illart having to interfere. When NY Red Bulls's Vladimiro Goizeder in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A.Talleres's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to NY Red Bulls getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Epifanio Gaspard hit a great ball. Christian Eudoxio charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Eudoxio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 97th match minute, C.A.Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Eudoxio to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C.A.Talleres had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
