Spectators: 6398 (Terracing: 5398, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Matxin took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Matxin in the 4th minute of play forced Chinguillos's goalkeeper Daniel Frasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 played minutes Chinguillos got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Gelmiro. In the 6th minute, Metaleros AFC's Daniel Matxin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Daniel Matxin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Venancio Derwin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Daniel Frasco made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Venancio Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metaleros AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Venancio Derwin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Frasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Matxin hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Metaleros AFC's Joaquin Gomesano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Lonzo in the 19th minute of play. Geronimo Naldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gomesano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Ulises Lonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chinguillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Lonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gomesano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Metaleros AFC defense, Ulises Lonzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gomesano. The Metaleros AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gomesano should have stopped the shot. Chinguillos's Geronimo Naldo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baldomero Gelmiro hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The supporters of Chinguillos booed when Metaleros AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Nisio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Ulises Lonzo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chinguillos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half Chinguillos were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulises Lonzo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Gomesano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Lonzo in the 54th minute of the match. Rosendo Nesto hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Venancio Derwin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Frasco was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Metaleros AFC's zone, Ulises Lonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gomesano came out of the goal and Ulises Lonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulises Lonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gomesano having to interfere. Chinguillos's Simon Feliz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Joaquin Gomesano but with some difficulty. Geronimo Naldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chinguillos's Ulises Lonzo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Matxin in the 87th minute of play forced Chinguillos's goalkeeper Daniel Frasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89thth minute of the game Venancio Derwin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chinguillos's Daniel Frasco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Matxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 minutes, Nunez Jaizki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chinguillos and the Metaleros AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 97th minute Metaleros AFC were awarded a corner. Ramiro Ariando went to the cornerflag to take it. Chinguillos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
