Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roque Sendoa started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Cirilo Eate got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godfredo Fiz hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Maximo Valente sped through Oratorio FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of German Karmel. After a defensive mix-up in Oratorio FC's zone, Cirilo Eate stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. German Karmel came out of the goal and Cirilo Eate tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. German Karmel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cirilo Eate in the 18th minute. Maximo Valente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Oratorio FC's goalkeeper German Karmel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cirilo Eate. Oratorio FC's German Karmel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Oratorio FC from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, Gavilán AFC's Maximo Valente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that German Karmel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Sendoa in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Marques saved Gavilán AFC from getting behind. German Karmel made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Cirilo Eate sent off a good shot on target. When Maximo Valente came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Gavilán AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Valente couldn't finish the play. Oratorio FC's Roque Sendoa got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Cirilo Eate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gavilán AFC booed when Oratorio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Arnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Maximo Valente, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 49 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The German Karmel was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximo Valente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roque Sendoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Marques made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Angelo Hurko sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Rosendo Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 66 minutes, Angelo Hurko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oratorio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Hurko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsenio Vincente's late challenge caught a Gavilán AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Vincente helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Gavilán AFC's zone, Roque Sendoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Marques came out of the goal and Roque Sendoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Sendoa in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Marques saved Gavilán AFC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Oratorio FC defense, Cirilo Eate kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of German Karmel. The Oratorio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that German Karmel should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Sendoa in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Marques saved Gavilán AFC from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Victor Salomone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cirilo Eate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavilán AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
