The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Gogo Orlanda fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Patricio Rey F.C's protests and gave Gogo Orlanda a yellow card for diving instead. Gogo Orlanda kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Superlogico's Elvio Stephen got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 5th minute, Rogelio Toribio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Superlogico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Elvio Stephen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Superlogico's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Stephen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Eleazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rogelio Toribio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Rafael Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elvio Stephen scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Eleazar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 minutes, Cayetano Lastur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Superlogico and the Patricio Rey F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 minutes Superlogico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristobal Ulizes who took care of the corner kick. Feliciano Ibar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Superlogico's Flavio Bazkoare got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cristobal Ulizes didn't quite understand what happened when in the 61 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogelio Toribio in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Eleazar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee gave Patricio Rey F.C a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cristobal Ulizes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Superlogico's Antonio Oton. 1-3. Eustaquio Cerilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Superlogico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
