A collision led to C A Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Antonio Claris hit a great ball. Gonzalo Romo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Rodriguez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Romo in the 13th minute of play forced Hacha y Tiza's goalkeeper Gabriel Rodriguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Pasqual fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Rodriguez having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Romo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilario Senio during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 21 minutes into the match, C A Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Quintin came free, but Elpidio Senen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 played minutes C A Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Valentine. Gabriel Rodriguez was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Gonzalo Romo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gonzalo Romo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. If Angel Sayveon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Quintin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Elpidio Senen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Angel Sayveon came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Hacha y Tiza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Sayveon couldn't finish the play. Angel Sayveon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Elpidio Senen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Angel Sayveon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzalo Romo was the one to do the kick off. Luisito Mikolas charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisito Mikolas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Elpidio Senen, was totally fooled by Hacha y Tiza's Pedro Boniel, who 53 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C A Boca Juniors! 2-3 came in the 65th minute when Pedro Boniel all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Elpidio Senen. In the 69th minute, Angel Sayveon fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Elpidio Senen, passed just outside the right post. 71 minutes into the match, Hacha y Tiza's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Pasqual came free, but Gabriel Rodriguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes, Erasmo Abeita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C A Boca Juniors and the Hacha y Tiza players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, C A Boca Juniors's Erasmo Abeita got a free kick in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in C A Boca Juniors's zone, Pedro Boniel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Senen came out of the goal and Pedro Boniel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Pasqual received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gabriel Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Senen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Sayveon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Senen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Quintin in the 95th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Quintin got free with Elpidio Senen in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Angel Sayveon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Hacha y Tiza could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C A Boca Juniors throughout the match.
