Elpidio Senen came out of the goal and Lázaro Rojelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, C A Boca Juniors's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lázaro Rojelio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 21 minutes, Lucas Saturnin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olimpus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Saturnin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 27 minutes, Adrian Pasqual made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Olimpus FC's Ariel Dei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 32 played minutes Lucas Saturnin rounded C A Boca Juniors's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. After 37 played minutes C A Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Senio. Hilario Senio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olimpus FC's Lucas Saturnin got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Saturnin to make the kick off. Elpidio Senen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, C A Boca Juniors's Hipolito Evis got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Adrian Pasqual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Dei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hilario Senio's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Adrian Pasqual notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Olimpus FC's Ariel Dei. Ariel Dei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lázaro Rojelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Senen having to interfere. Ariel Dei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Romo in the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 73 minutes, Adrian Pasqual managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C A Boca Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Pasqual was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Gonzalo Romo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 79th match minute, C A Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Birila to maneuver through the defense. If Lucas Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the match, C A Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Leheren came free, but Elpidio Senen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Romo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Dei having to interfere. The C A Boca Juniors supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C A Boca Juniors would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
