Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oscar Furtado started the match with the kick off. Severo Elazar was a little too slow when Oscar Furtado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Hernando FC's Oscar Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naipe FC's Saturnino Bide got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Geronimo Indalecio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Hever, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hipolito Peruxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Hernando FC got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Monte. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saturnino Bide in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geronimo Indalecio saved Hernando FC from getting behind. Elpidio Monte hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Enzo Madaleno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geronimo Indalecio. Hernando FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hipolito Peruxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Elazar having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, Naipe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Guillem to maneuver through the defense. After 48 minutes of play, Naipe FC's Evelio Hever made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geronimo Indalecio was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saturnino Bide stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Saturnino Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Leonides Abaurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hernando FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Indalecio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severo Elazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Peruxu in the 65th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Naipe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Furtado came free, but Severo Elazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Oscar Furtado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severo Elazar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Constantino Aureo went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Naipe FC's Severo Elazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Furtado in the 94th minute of play. When Hernando FC's Hipolito Peruxu in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Naipe FC's goalie prevented a goal. Evelio Hever might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Indalecio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evelio Hever ran back to his position shaking his head.
