The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match, Angelino Emesto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonel Lobo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mauricio Beat took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Lobo. Leonel Lobo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Angelino Emesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelino Emesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Lobo having to interfere. After 14 played minutes VILLALONGA got a freekick which was hit by Javier Berriotxoa. In the 15th match minute, VILLALONGA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Artaldo to maneuver through the defense. Angelino Emesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Ermegildo Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gerardo Abalos fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOS TOTOS's protests and gave Gerardo Abalos a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelino Emesto in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonel Lobo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelino Emesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Leonel Lobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipolito Mateo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Tiadoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Evelio Lia made the kick off in the second half. Hipolito Mateo was a little too slow when Evelio Lia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 57thth minute of the game Angelino Emesto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VILLALONGA's Leonel Lobo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonel Lobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Emesto in the 61st minute of the match. Evelio Lia struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Hipolito Mateo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VILLALONGA. In the 63rd minute, one of LOS TOTOS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LOS TOTOS. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for VILLALONGA. Nunez Todor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hipolito Mateo. 1-2. Ermegildo Tiadoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VILLALONGA's Leonel Lobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Emesto in the 71st minute of play. Evelio Lia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nunez Todor kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. If Evelio Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, VILLALONGA's Hipolito Mateo threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Evelio Lia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Evelio Lia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Mateo having to interfere. If Angelino Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Mateo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Lia in the 100th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. VILLALONGA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
