The crowd rose to their feet as Rodrigo Fidele kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rosendo Jesco. That made the score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Ermegildo Rufio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Inocente, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Higinio Guerau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Chorache charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aquiles Chorache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An impressive performance by Mattaldi AFC's Edelmiro Benvido! Rodrigo Fidele kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. With his leg Rosendo Jesco managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Mattaldi AFC's Rodrigo Fidele fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bigand FC's goalkeeper Rosendo Jesco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mattaldi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Fidele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ermegildo Rufio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Inocente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bigand FC's zone, Rodrigo Fidele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Jesco came out of the goal and Rodrigo Fidele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosendo Jesco came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Mattaldi AFC's Edelmiro Benvido. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Benvido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodrigo Fidele to make the kick off. In the 59th minute Rodrigo Fidele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Jesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cornelio Beila fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mattaldi AFC's protests and gave Cornelio Beila a yellow card for diving instead. Cornelio Beila kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Rodrigo Fidele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rosendo Jesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Fidele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Jesco having to interfere. Rosendo Jesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Fidele in the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mattaldi AFC fully deserved thier win.
