The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnoldo Estevon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Severo Oton came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnoldo Estevon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Delmiro Nabar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Oton having to interfere. If Jonathan Toli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of A. D. Berazategui booed when Las Bestias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Azeari didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 20th minute of the game was made by Federico Ourente with Tobias Lalla as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of A. D. Berazategui booed when Las Bestias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Azeari didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Las Bestias FC's Arnoldo Estevon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severo Oton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Las Bestias FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after A. D. Berazategui's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teobaldo Matro took the corner. After taking down the ball on Las Bestias FC's corner Godofredo Isias fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Severo Oton quite easily take care of the ball. In the 37th minute, Lucas Azeari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Julian Abarca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Apolo Admon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 48 in the game by Arnoldo Estevon from a close distance when the talented Severo Oton managed to make a qualified save. A. D. Berazategui's players were relieved. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnoldo Estevon was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Las Bestias FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Mitxel to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute of the match Froilan Bembe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Admon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in A. D. Berazategui's zone, Arnoldo Estevon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severo Oton came out of the goal and Arnoldo Estevon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Froilan Bembe fired a really elegant long shot, but Apolo Admon threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Apolo Admon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Txordon in the 65th minute. After 66 minutes of play, A. D. Berazategui's Julian Abarca made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Admon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Severo Oton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Estevon in the 76th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Las Bestias FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Azeari. Apolo Admon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Toli in the 87th minute of play. If Teobaldo Matro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. A. D. Berazategui had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
