The long shot by Epifanio Fix in the 19th minute really tested Alfredo Intxixu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to PENAYOFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Adrian Leheren hit a great ball. Alfredo Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Quinteros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the match, Hipolito Silvanito got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfredo Intxixu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Romeo Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Eliu in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alados's zone, Herminio Eliu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeo Weterio came out of the goal and Herminio Eliu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romeo Weterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Eliu in the 34th minute of play. Marcelo Castulo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Epifanio Fix kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the PENAYOFC defense, Hipolito Silvanito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Intxixu. The PENAYOFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Intxixu should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, PENAYOFC's Jacinto Perez got a free kick in the 61st minute. Alfredo Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Ipar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 64 in the game by Herminio Eliu from a close distance when the talented Romeo Weterio managed to make a qualified save. Alados's players were relieved. For all the effort they put into the match, the PENAYOFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alados.
