Honor y Gloria FC's Dante Errolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Roano in the 17th minute of play. Melchor Javiar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victoriano Navarro in the 21st minute. Victoriano Navarro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Melchor Javiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes in the game, Desiderio Nofre fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Melchor Javiar having to interfere. Victoriano Navarro might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melchor Javiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victoriano Navarro ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 32 minutes, Victoriano Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honor y Gloria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Navarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucio Sustrai hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. If Victoriano Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Simon Roano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Desiderio Nofre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the game, Honor y Gloria FC's Desiderio Nofre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melchor Javiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 78 played minutes, Palo FC's Fernando Basajaun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Errolan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Palo FC reached it. Melchor Eusko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Dante Errolan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dante Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Roano, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 81 minutes into the match, Simon Roano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Errolan. Honor y Gloria FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Roano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Isaac Millrick was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. After 86 played minutes Honor y Gloria FC got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Millrick. A collision led to Honor y Gloria FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Victoriano Navarro hit a great ball. If Victoriano Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Honor y Gloria FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Palo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
