RIV-PLATECH's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Mambru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Locaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Locaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mateo Silban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Bazil having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Jarimana's Serafin Bazil threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hernan Teodor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ernesto Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mateo Silban stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Locaio's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Jarimana's Ernesto Barea got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hernan Teodor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Serafin Bazil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Locaio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute of the match Nunez Ibañez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Serafin Bazil showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alfonso Mambru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Locaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Silban having to interfere. Luciano Paskal kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Hernan Teodor might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafin Bazil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Teodor ran back to his position shaking his head. Leopoldo Felipillo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Miguel Canor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Serafin Bazil. RIV-PLATECH's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Jarimana's zone, Alfonso Mambru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Silban came out of the goal and Alfonso Mambru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernesto Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
