In the 14th minute, Andres Giro made a precise shot to the right of Esteban Gabrio. Le Morondaga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Andres Giro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Giro in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteban Gabrio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andres Giro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Esteban Gabrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Min fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Gabrio having to interfere. After having played for 25 minutes, Santiago Barrionuevo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patricios's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santiago Barrionuevo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Angel Betadur fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Le Morondaga's protests and gave Angel Betadur a yellow card for diving instead. Esteban Gabrio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Esteban Gabrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Giro, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Santiago Barrionuevo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Gabrio having to interfere. The supporters of Patricios booed when Le Morondaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Gitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Francisco Osmundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Andres Giro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 40th match minute, Le Morondaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Gitano to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cornelio Dalmau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Cornelio Dalmau came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Le Morondaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Dalmau couldn't finish the play. Andres Giro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Gabrio having to interfere. After 57 minutes of play, Patricios's Santiago Barrionuevo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteban Gabrio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patricios made a substitution. Aquilino Nardo replaced Sergio Min. 62 minutes into the match, Le Morondaga's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Giro came free, but Esteban Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Cristobal Gitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Andres Giro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Gabrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Andres Giro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patricios's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Giro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Gabrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Giro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andres Giro scored 5-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteban Gabrio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristobal Gitano hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Patricios's Andres Giro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Gabrio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Romulo Gaueko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Esteban Gabrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Barrionuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andres Giro struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Esteban Gabrio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patricios. If Andres Giro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Giro took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteban Gabrio. Esteban Gabrio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Patricios's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
