Gualterio Pacifico made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Adolfo Orlandus sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the EL ROJO TUCUMANO defense, Justo Ponce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Sundberg. The EL ROJO TUCUMANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Sundberg should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, EL ROJO TUCUMANO's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Papo came free, but Dennis Sundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Vela kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's Christian Papo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dennis Sundberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christian Papo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gualterio Pacifico made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Melchor Lonzo sent off a good shot on target. Carmelo Mitxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gualterio Pacifico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Mitxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gualterio Pacifico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Bermudez to maneuver through the defense. Christian Papo might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dennis Sundberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Papo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, EL ROJO TUCUMANO's Adolfo Orlandus got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Carmelo Mitxel scored 1-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualterio Pacifico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute, Christian Papo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carmelo Mitxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Pacifico having to interfere. Gualterio Pacifico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Lonzo in the 70th minute of play. Gualterio Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Mitxel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Fermin Baudelio hit a great ball. Gualterio Pacifico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Lonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Gualterio Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Lonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Txindoki. If Melchor Lonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. EL ROJO TUCUMANO were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
