Spectators: 7173 (Terracing: 5450, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 52) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rogelio Argider kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Ondino in the 4th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Gualterio Pacifico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gualterio Pacifico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Argider, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Agustin Asur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Papo in the 12th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Christian Papo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 26 minutes, Justo Ponce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Ponce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogelio Argider recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basilio Ondino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Gualterio Pacifico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Argider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Pacifico having to interfere. Basilio Ondino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Bingen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosario Central's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Medinas the free kick. 40 minutes into the game, one of Rosario Central:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gualterio Pacifico went to the wrong direction when Miguel Firme was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Basilio Ondino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Basilio Ondino might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gualterio Pacifico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Basilio Ondino ran back to his position shaking his head. Gualterio Pacifico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basilio Ondino went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Rogelio Argider's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Gualterio Pacifico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Justo Ponce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Asur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Basilio Ondino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gualterio Pacifico, passed just outside the right post. 1-2 became the score in the 70th minute when Justo Ponce elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gualterio Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Argider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Basilio Ondino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gualterio Pacifico was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 82nd minute, Basilio Ondino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Basilio Ondino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Medinas's Basilio Ondino got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Medinas's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Papo came free, but Agustin Asur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fermin Baudelio charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fermin Baudelio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fermin Baudelio hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Rogelio Argider struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Gualterio Pacifico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Medinas. The Rosario Central fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Medinas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
