Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eustacio Pacho made the kick off which started today's match. 15 minutes into the match, La Máquina's Arnaldo Unax sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Benat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, La Máquina's Alonzo Herensuge got control of the ball when Herminio Vito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alonzo Herensuge was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arsenio Eneto. In the 26th minute of the match Aristides Arnau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Benat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Baldomero Lore hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Bartolo Edur managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Máquina's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolo Edur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Benat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Bartolo Edur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Máquina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Unax in the 45th minute of play forced Echagüe Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Gabriel Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Echagüe Fútbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Máquina were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnaldo Unax to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Echagüe Fútbol Club's Pedro Cordarrell got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, La Máquina's Arnaldo Unax dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. 58 minutes into the match, Herminio Vito notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of La Máquina's Alonzo Herensuge. Alonzo Herensuge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to La Máquina getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Andres Tuste hit a great ball. Eustacio Pacho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldo Arnau kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. La Máquina's Bartolo Edur managed to work through Echagüe Fútbol Club's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Bartolo Edur dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 85 minutes in the game, Arnaldo Unax fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gabriel Benat having to interfere. Eustacio Pacho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Herensuge having to interfere. When Herminio Vito came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Echagüe Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herminio Vito couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Máquina walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
