Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Tambillos's Carolo Cordeal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Celestino Frechoso charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Frechoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute Serafino Fix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Primo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Urbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Primo having to interfere. After 9 minutes, Virgilio Santiago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tambillos and the Arizona players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Tambillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Frechoso to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes of play, Arizona's Jonatan Urbes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Primo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauro Onofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Frechoso in the 17th minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Tambillos's Carolo Cordeal in the 18th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Mauro Onofre was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Arizona through an amazing save. In the 19th minute, Gregorio Pello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonatan Urbes in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Primo saved Tambillos from getting behind. Virgilio Santiago hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Conrado Primo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Fix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidio Garaile might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauro Onofre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidio Garaile ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ovidio Garaile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Arizona's Astor Claris got a free kick in the 37th minute. Astor Claris kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Ovidio Garaile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Primo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Fix in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonatan Urbes to make the kick off. Conrado Primo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Urbes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafino Fix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 70 played minutes Tambillos got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Frechoso. With a little luck, Tambillos's Conrado Primo got control of the ball when Serafino Fix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonatan Urbes might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Primo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonatan Urbes ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Tambillos's zone, Serafino Fix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Primo came out of the goal and Serafino Fix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Tambillos getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eliseo Rios hit a great ball.
