Ovidio Ihintzas short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Moises Cristofol to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leandro Estevez hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Ovidio Ihintza notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Nightwatch's Moises Cristofol. Moises Cristofol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45thth minute of the game Ovidio Ihintza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nightwatch's Moises Cristofol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leandro Estevez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Godoy having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Arnaldo Beremundo made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Arnaldo Beremundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nightwatch and the Palomar F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arnaldo Beremundo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidio Ihintza in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moises Cristofol saved Nightwatch from getting behind. When Palomar F.C.'s Ovidio Ihintza in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Palomar F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Palomar F.C.'s Ovidio Ihintza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Urbano Havier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ovidio Ihintza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palomar F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Ihintza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moises Cristofol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Nightwatch getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Arturo Isadore hit a great ball. Alejandro Guzman kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Nightwatch got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Oxel. After a defensive mix-up in Nightwatch's zone, Ovidio Ihintza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moises Cristofol came out of the goal and Ovidio Ihintza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erasmo Godoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Beremundo in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute Urbano Havier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Cristofol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Ovidio Ihintza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nightwatch's Moises Cristofol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alejandro Guzman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Ihintza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Cristofol having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Nightwatch's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Ihintza came free, but Moises Cristofol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palomar F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
