In the 4th minute Gilberto Guerrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Bartoleme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Cerveceros's Damian Ostots suffered a concussion after 6 minutes and had to leave the field. Leo Afonso hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. A collision led to Club Atlético Cerveceros getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Genaro Monico hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, La Reserva's goalkeeper Domingos Bartoleme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Oihan. After 20 minutes, Desiderio Garikoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Reserva and the Club Atlético Cerveceros players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Reserva's Desiderio Garikoitz got a free kick in the 20th minute. La Reserva's Leo Afonso got his second yellow card of the match in the 22nd minute. The referee ordered Leo Afonso off the ground. A collision led to La Reserva getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Leo Afonso hit a great ball. Desiderio Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Reserva's Isaias Dominic got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isaias Dominic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Genaro Monico came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Club Atlético Cerveceros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Monico couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Domingos Bartoleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Monico in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Isaias Dominic had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filiberto Igon. Club Atlético Cerveceros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaias Dominic was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Desiderio Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 68 minutes, Isaias Dominic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Reserva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Dominic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isaias Dominics short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Filiberto Igon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 73rd minute, Salvador Camerino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Reserva's Domingos Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Oihan in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Dominic got free with Filiberto Igon in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Cerveceros's Desiderio Oihan got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Desiderio Oihan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Bartoleme having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Reserva eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
