Spectators: 7171 (Terracing: 5380, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 142) Benjamin Cresenciano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 10 minutes, Ildefonso Tono managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Domínguez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Tono was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Cresenciano in the 14th minute of play forced Domínguez's goalkeeper Gonzalo Indar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Indar having to interfere. Gonzalo Indar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Cresenciano in the 19th minute of the match. Rodrigo Lucado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonzalo Indar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Domínguez's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Cresenciano came free, but Gonzalo Indar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Capitan Frio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Rico to maneuver through the defense. Domínguez's Arnaldo Feliz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Capitan Frio. After 45 minutes, Fernan Hernando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capitan Frio and the Domínguez players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 played minutes Capitan Frio got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Hernando. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aureliano Itzaina to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Aureliano Itzaina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Domínguez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Itzaina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aureliano Itzaina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Xacintu having to interfere. Ildefonso Tono's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benicio Xacintu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Domínguez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Sazon to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Cresenciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Indar having to interfere. Rodrigo Lucado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th match minute, Domínguez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Feliz to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Capitan Frio were awarded a corner. Ruben Frechoso went to the cornerflag to take it. Rodrigo Lucado was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 78 minutes into the game, Capitan Frio's Benjamin Cresenciano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonzalo Indar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gonzalo Indar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Gonzalo Indar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Cresenciano in the 83rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixto Ieltxu during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Playo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Benjamin Cresenciano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonzalo Indar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Domínguez's zone, Rodrigo Lucado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzalo Indar came out of the goal and Rodrigo Lucado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Capitan Frio's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
