If Ovidio Matteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Lucado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iraola's Ovidio Matteo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benicio Xacintu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santiago Joachim's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Ovidio Matteo scored 2-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Xacintu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 65 minutes into the match, Capitan Frio's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Joachim came free, but Benicio Xacintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute of the match Serafino Micael sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benicio Xacintu skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Ovidio Matteo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iraola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Matteo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Moises Urdin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 95 minutes into the game, Iraola's Ovidio Matteo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Xacintu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Iraola walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
