The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Cristian Aztore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. Cristian Aztore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. pochy18 FC's Marco Urko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Petrigai in the 26th minute of play. Federico Emeterio didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 33rd minute. pochy18 FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Federico Emeterio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elias Jerardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Placido Luke took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marco Urko. pochy18 FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Cristian Aztore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th match minute, pochy18 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Peyo to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melchor Petrigai to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Melchor Petrigai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Urko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Cristian Aztore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Aztore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Jerardo having to interfere. Elias Jerardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Emeterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. With his leg Marco Urko managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Chacarita Juniors's Nemesio Onofre fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 77 in the game by Ulises Padro from a close distance when the talented Marco Urko managed to make a qualified save. pochy18 FC's players were relieved. Nemesio Onofre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Marco Urko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Mendebal hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Petrigai in the 89th minute of play forced pochy18 FC's goalkeeper Marco Urko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Emeterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Chacarita Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Jayvier to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
