Independiente Rey's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zacarias Bartoleme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Eriberto Gonzo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teofilo Casado, 1-1. 11 minutes into the game, Zacarias Bartoleme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Tira Humo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Independiente Rey the free kick. Zacarias Bartoleme kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Clemente Celio had several of the Los Tira Humo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Teofilo Casado as he didn't even see the shot coming. Paulo Martxot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Darien's late challenge caught a Los Tira Humo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Darien helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Independiente Rey getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Bernardo Darien hit a great ball. Clemente Celio in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teofilo Casado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute, Los Tira Humo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eriberto Gonzo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 27 minutes, Clemente Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independiente Rey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Celio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teofilo Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Jonas Bertol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Frasquito was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Clemente Celio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Teofilo Casado made a huge save. Eriberto Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Bertol was the one to do the kick off. Eriberto Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Casado having to interfere. Paolo Cordeara's late challenge caught a Independiente Rey's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paolo Cordeara helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Los Tira Humo's Paolo Cordeara got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Independiente Rey's Samuel Urritz tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Teofilo Casado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Gonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Clemente Celio scored 3-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teofilo Casado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eriberto Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Independiente Rey had won after a very even match.
