Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arnulfo Astigar took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Leonel Gaitan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the game, Apóstoles's Pedro Lore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Etxatxu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Arnulfo Astigar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Apóstoles getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Leonel Gaitan hit a great ball. Dionisio Etxatxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnulfo Astigar's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The supporters of Apóstoles booed when Fortin F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Bras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejo Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Afonso in the 23rd minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Arturo Rodriguez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Apóstoles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fortin F.C. the free kick. After 32 played minutes Apóstoles got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Rodriguez. Eduardo Bras in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alejo Fraco, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Fortin F.C.'s Froilan Ekain got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 44th minute Arnulfo Astigar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Etxatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Fortin F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Apóstoles were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Bras made a kick off. In the 51st play minute Gaspar Kaiet came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dionisio Etxatxu. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Bras in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Fraco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dionisio Etxatxu was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Arnulfo Astigar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnulfo Astigar really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. With an all-out effort, Apóstoles's Dionisio Etxatxu threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnulfo Astigar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 62nd minute, Apóstoles's Arnulfo Astigar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dionisio Etxatxu. Dionisio Etxatxu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Dionisio Etxatxu made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Pedro Lore sent off a good shot on target. Gaspar Kaiet hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Eduardo Bras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortin F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Bras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Apóstoles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Oto to maneuver through the defense. In the 75thth minute of the game Eduardo Bras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apóstoles's Alejo Fraco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alejo Fraco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Bras in the 78th minute of play. Dionisio Etxatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Astigar in the 80th minute of play. Angelo Afonso scored 1-4 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alejo Fraco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Lore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Dionisio Etxatxu made a huge save. Alejo Fraco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Bras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Bras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Apóstoles had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
