After 73 minutes, Nestor Tab mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jamrock FC and the Fortuna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Narciso Jurgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Niguel in the 94th minute of play. When Apolo Bihar fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fortuna's protests and gave Apolo Bihar a yellow card for diving instead. 96 minutes into the match, Fortuna's goalkeeper Narciso Jurgi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Paz.
