In the 6thth minute of the game Jacinto Tirso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taquito y Gambeta's Manuel Eleazar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zeledon Handi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Junín FC's Jacinto Tirso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Eleazar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Jacinto Tirso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Eleazar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Eugenio Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Eleazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Stanislao in the 31st minute of the match. Jacinto Tirso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Eleazar having to interfere. The referee showed Geronimo Dodorol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Taquito y Gambeta getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Geronimo Dodorol hit a great ball. Manuel Eleazar came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Junín FC's Jacinto Tirso. But to his dismay, Jacinto Tirso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florencio Stanislao was the one to do the kick off. Florencio Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Manuel Eleazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeledon Handi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Ledesma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Eugenio Telesforo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Florencio Stanislao did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Manuel Eleazar 64 minutes into the match. Florencio Stanislao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute.
